Made exclusively for Simon Pearce, these stainless steel cheese knives are inspired by traditional New England blacksmithing, with twisted blackened steel handles that have a rustic wrought-iron look. The set includes an angled spade to cutting or crumbling hard, aged cheeses; a fork-tipped spear for slicing and serving firm cheeses; and a cheese knife for cutting wedges of soft and bloomy-rind varieties.
