1.Set an appointment
Our designers will meet with you to discuss your vision for any paper project you have in mind.
2. Review the pricing proposal
When we have an idea of what you would like we will send you pricing proposals.
3. Proof your design.
After you've sent approval on pricing we begin the design process and send proofs via email or text.
4. Submit your order.
When the design is perfectly suited to your taste we will collect payment and then send your order to production.
5. Review and take your items home.
Once your items are ready we will notify you that your order is ready for pickup so you can start using your bespoke stationery or mail off your invitations!
We can also mail your invitations for you for an additional fee!
Our paperie designer is available Monday-Friday from 11am - 4pm. We recommend calling ahead to ensure they are able to meet.
Turnaround times for custom paper items are dependent on the print method, complexity of the order, and printer.
We can estimate based on typical production times:
Flat print: 5-10 business days
Thermography: 7-14 business days
Letterpress and foil: 15-20 business days
Engraving: 15-20 business days
Large orders or orders with multiple processes, like mixing print methods or die cutting, will have extended turn times.

We can have printed as many addresses as you need on any envelope in a flat digital print.

If your guest addresses are handwritten and you prefer not to use an Excel sheet, we charge a $65/hour fee for non-design labor to handle this task.
We offer several different options for monogram designs in-house and through Arzberger and Crane.
If you have a more specific design in mind our paperie designers can craft a bespoke monogram. We also work with several different artists for more complex and involved designs.
To determine this you need to know when you must have your invitations in your guests hands. Your RSVP date should generally sit around 2-4 weeks before your event (this might also depend on whether you have any vendors that will need a head count). Keeping in mind your RSVP date and leaving around 2 weeks breathing room for the post, you should have your invitations ordered around 8 weeks in advance to ensure that everything is squared and ready to mail.
We work with several different skilled calligraphers for our formal invitations and guest addressing. Let us know if you'd like to see samples of their hand!
We can print photos on any invitation alongside digital print, thermography raised print, or foil press.
We can restore lightly damaged pictures and make small edits on any photo.
Heavily damaged images or involved editing jobs may require a fee for time spent on the project.
We offer a variety of ribbons and can order customized paper bands to tie the cards in your suite together.
We offer in house printing! You may bring your envelopes back to us to print your new return address once you move.
We also offer personalized return address embossers. Ask our consultants about our design options!
Of course! If your plate or die is in good condition we can engrave or emboss onto your desired stationery.
