1. Use it frequently. The oil from your food keeps it healthy.

2. Clean with warm water (a few drops of dish soap won't hurt)

3. Dry and wipe entire piece with a touch of cooking oil.

Remove rust by rubbing with scouring pad or paper towel. Now wipe off with water, dry, and apply light layer of oil. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for an hour.

We will ship all orders by UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. All shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico must be shipped by UPS Second Day Air. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders to be shipped outside of the United States with the exception of Canada.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only. Store credit for returns expires 12 months from date of issue.
Returns are only accepted within 10 days of purchase and must be in their new unused condition.
We are unable to accept returns without proof of purchase from Charleston Street or www.charlestonstreet.com.
Special-order and custom-made merchandise are non-returnable and non-cancelable.
Final Sale and Last Chance merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit only. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure the shipment for the value of your purchase and use a trackable method to mail your return. After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your return by issuing store credit for the amount of your purchase less shipping and handling charges.
