A talisman in translucent forest green, it draws from the very fluted walls of the bar at the Estate, mirroring the detail, care, and commitment to the beauty they bring to every corner of the home, for every guest who passes through. Rendered as a keepsake—heavy, timeless, carefully embossed—it is meant to be displayed in the bath. Welcoming even the simplest of rituals, to be a thing of beauty.

Inside it is our luxurious Hand Soap, inspired by the wildly herbaceous gardens of Flamingo Estate. Made with just oils and thickened only with natural Sea Salt, it’s got a honey-like texture and a remarkable green smell of Rosemary, Sage, Lavender, and Eucalyptus — giving it six times the amount of essential oils compared to most brands. The result is an all-natural, palm-free Hand Soap, only made possible through regeneratively-grown ingredients.

As timeless as the ritual of washing one’s hands, this bottle is designed to be refilled again and again using our aluminum packaging.

Shipping

All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. We will notify you by email within two business days if your order is out of stock.

We will ship all orders by UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. All shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico must be shipped by UPS Second Day Air. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders to be shipped outside of the United States with the exception of Canada.

Expedited Shipping

If it is important that your order arrives in the fastest way possible, or by a specific date, expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.  Contact us at 706.738.6298, Monday - Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm.  Our Customer Care Representatives will happily assist you and will recommend the fastest method of delivery.

Local Delivery

Local delivery via courier is available in the Augusta, GA area. Delivery rates are calculated at checkout.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only. Store credit for returns expires 12 months from date of issue.
  • Returns are only accepted within 10 days of purchase and must be in their new unused condition.
  • We are unable to accept returns without proof of purchase from Charleston Street or www.charlestonstreet.com.
  • Special-order and custom-made merchandise are non-returnable and non-cancelable. 
  • Final Sale and Last Chance merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Discounted merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns by Mail

Please contact us at 706.738.6298, Monday - Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm.  Our Customer Care Representatives will provide instructions on returning your purchase.

Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit only. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure the shipment for the value of your purchase and use a trackable method to mail your return.  After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your return by issuing store credit for the amount of your purchase less shipping and handling charges.
