All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. We will notify you by email within two business days if your order is out of stock.

We will ship all orders by UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. All shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico must be shipped by UPS Second Day Air. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders to be shipped outside of the United States with the exception of Canada.

If it is important that your order arrives in the fastest way possible, or by a specific date, expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Local delivery via courier is available in the Augusta, GA area. Delivery rates are calculated at checkout.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only. Store credit for returns expires 12 months from date of issue.
Returns are only accepted within 10 days of purchase and must be in their new unused condition.
We are unable to accept returns without proof of purchase from Charleston Street or www.charlestonstreet.com.
Special-order and custom-made merchandise are non-returnable and non-cancelable.

Returns by Mail

Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit only. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
